Product Return Policy
The product can be returned within 20 days of receipt of shipment if it is damaged, does not correspond to the product ordered, or if it is not actually in the package or otherwise. (1)(2)
Regarding to product requested for returns :
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging with bill
Notes :
(1)Free gifts, sales promotional items, gift cards, underwear, swimwear clothing and customized products, overdue date request are not returnable
(2) Information of damage or mismatch will be sent to us by email with described details and pictures of shipment/product within 48 hours of delivery, or else, the return request may be not approved. The User will receive an email with instruction to return within 24 hours.
The return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless it is deemed our fault, such as:
- The product does not correspond to the product ordered
- Damaged Product
Refunds of returns
- Return shipping would take 2 weeks normally. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your returns is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days. Please note that the Paid shipping fee is not refundable.
